Pourtant, dans la réalité des chantiers, elle représente très souvent un véritable investissement dans la qualité, la cohérence… et surtout la sérénité du projet.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Comment \u003C\u002Fspan>un architecte d’intérieur facture-t-il ses prestations ?\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Chaque professionnel fonctionne différemment.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Certains facturent au forfait, d’autres à l’heure, au mètre carré ou encore en pourcentage du montant des travaux.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Dans mon cas, d’euros.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">→ Un meuble commandé aux mauvaises dimensions.\u003Cbr>→ Une cuisine mal implantée.\u003Cbr>→ Des réseaux à reprendre après travaux.\u003Cbr>→ Un artisan qui interprète mal une demande faute de plans clairs.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ce sont des situations \u003Cu>extrêmement\u003C\u002Fu> fréquentes.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Et dans beaucoup de cas, le coût d’un architecte d’intérieur est finalement largement amorti par les erreurs évitées.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Comprendre et analyser les devis : un vrai enjeu\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Un autre point souvent sous-estimé concerne la lecture des devis.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Lorsqu’on n’est pas du métier, il est parfaitement normal de ne pas comprendre l’intégralité :\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">des prestations indiquées\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">des termes techniques\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">des fournitures proposées\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">ou encore de la qualité réelle des matériaux revendus\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Et il ne faut surtout pas culpabiliser pour cela :\u003Cbr>c’est précisément le rôle des professionnels du bâtiment et de l’architecture d’intérieur.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Deux devis peuvent sembler similaires sur le prix… alors qu’ils ne proposent absolument pas la même qualité de prestation, le même niveau de finition ou les mêmes matériaux.\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0,
